Thomas Jones is the founder of the venture capital firm, TWJ Capital LLC. He previously was CEO of Global Investment Management at Citigroup and CEO of TIAA CREF. Thomas began his career in public accounting and management consulting at Arthur Young. He later was an SVP and treasurer of John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company. Thomas currently serves on the boards of Assured Guarantee Ltd and the Jefferies Financial Group.
