Roger retired as CEO of TIAA. He previously worked on the executive committee for Swiss RE, as Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and as a partner at McKinsey and Company. Roger started his career as a lawyer at Davis Polk and has been an economist. He serves on the boards of Alphabet, Corning, General Mills, and International Flavors and Fragrances. Roger recently joined the tech incubating Red Cell Partners as Chief Investment Officer. He also serves as an external advisor to McKinsey and Company.
