Gwen had a career in education and government before starting a business career. Her first board was Martin Marietta via referral. She currently is President of Podium Prost, a Speakers’ Bureau. From 1989 to 1992, Gwen was the Commissioner of the US Social Security Administration. She is a retired board member of Marsh and McLennan Companies, Lockheed Martin Corporation, Monsanto Company, and Pharmacia.
