Fred had an extensive career in Investment Banking where he eventually founded his own company, Provender Capital Group. He recently became Vice Chairman of Investment Banking at Wells Fargo. He currently serves on the board of Paramount Global and the Kaiser Family Foundation. His previous boards include BNY Mellon corporation, Vroom, CBS Corporation, New York Life, and Carver Bancorp. Fred is a member of the Investment Committee for the Rockefeller Foundation and has been a Senior Advisor to Center Bridge Partners LP. He previously was Executive Vice Chairman of Investment Banking and Capital Markets at Credit Suisse.
