Paula retired as CFO of Macy’s, Inc., after being a full-time senior lecturer at Harvard Business School for four years, and a Senior Finance Executive at many corporations for most of her career. In 2024, she serves on the boards of Accenture, Bristol Myers Squibb, Warner Bros. Discovery, and Mondelez International. She is a Certified Public Accountant who started her career with Arthur Andersen & Co. She previously was a director at Western Digital Corporation and Dollar General Corporation. She has also worked with CVS Health, JPMorgan Chase, Diageo and Kraft Foods.
